Disputes
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim relating to these Terms of Use or use of this website shall be the Irish Court System and you further submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.
Product Subscriptions - Terms and Conditions
Purchasing a product subscription means that you agree to be bound by the Subscription Terms and Conditions and Consumer Policy. AudioSourceRE subscription products are non-returnable and no refunds will be repaid for any outstanding subscription periods.
Our Product Subscriptions
Your subscription, be it monthly or annual, begins at the end of your 7-day trial period and once we have confirmed your payment details. The date of your first payment will be specified at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period and you will be billed for an additional subscription term at the current price. If our pricing changes then our new prices will begin on renewal of your subscription plan. If your subscription lapses, you will not be able to use our software.
If you do not wish to auto-renew, you may cancel your subscription before the end of your current term.
7-Day Free Trial Period
A free 7-day trial is available for RePAN, VoxLess, DrumLess and DeMIX Pro Monthly. You are required to provide a legitimate payment method to avail of the trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the 7 days, we will automatically charge you when your trial ends.
The 7-day trial period begins when we have confirmed the authenticity of your payment method and you accept the terms of service and privacy policy of our payment provider.

Perpetual Licenses - Terms and Conditions
Purchasing a perpetual license means that you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Consumer Policy. AudioSourceRE perpetual license products are non-returnable.
You must use a legitimate means of payment such as a credit card or other approved method to purchase a license. Purchase Prices in most cases are displayed in local currency and inclusive of local taxes and/or credit card fees.
